RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Contact Us
   Email us at josephandstacey@marchi.kr with your order number and reason for return.
2. Approval & Return Instructions
   Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and detailed instructions for your return.
3. Return Shipping
   • We provide a prepaid return label via Shopify.
   • The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
   • You may also choose to use your own carrier and method if preferred.
4. Refunds
   Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Please note: The refund amount will be calculated as the original product price minus the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

• Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
• Exchanges are currently not supported.
• We do not ship to or accept returns from P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
