ORDER FULFILLMENT
Orders are fulfilled using a combination of Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), UPS Ground (U.S. orders), and DHL/UPS/FedEx International services (international orders), depending on inventory availability.
Please note:
- Your package may arrive in either Amazon-branded or JOSEPH & STACEY-branded packaging, depending on the fulfillment method.
- Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.
- We currently do not offer expedited shipping services.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Delivery delays may occur during holidays or due to unforeseen carrier issues.
